How to get funding to realize my idea?

To spread the SOFT IMAGE of pakistan and to show people of world that we are a moderate progressive highly educated and trained nation.

Last Year I Gave THIS IDEA. I have all the knowledge, skill , human resource and infrastructure to realize this idea. But I need funding to meet the operating costs of developing such software that will serve the purpose of showing SOFT IMAGE of Pakistan through Software.

I need to know what are my funding options. How can I get funds to get started. Any person who already has experience in this field can share their thoughts and experiences with me?

I also need people who are expert in software to join my team and lets work together for betterment of this country.
